General information

The Actindo Database and reporting module is a powerful tool to quickly access, retrieve and manage all data contained in your system. SQL, which stands for Structured Query Language, is used to communicate with your databases. Its applications range from selecting and retrieving data to altering table structures and updating contents, to name just a few.

The Actindo Database and reporting module also allows you to create predefined queries to determine who can access your data and how. Moreover, a connection with InfluxDB™12 can be established to write your data into time series databases, which can be in turn visualized and monitored using, for instance, the Grafana™13 technology.

This documentation refers to the Database and reporting module version 1.4.0. There may be differences in the UI, features, and operation if your Database and reporting module is installed in a different version.

  • The Actindo DataHub module version 2.6.0 or higher is installed.
  • The Global Driver Management plugin version 1.1.0 or higher is installed.
  • The External PHP Libraries plugin version 1.1.4 or higher is installed.
